Lovebee Toys takes your personal privacy extremely seriously.

Besides email address, phone number and shipping address to process your orders accurately we don’t hold any other information on you whatsoever.

We NEVER pass any customer’s information onto any third party.

You can shop with complete security as we don’t even know what payment method any customer has used as all payments are handled by the Shopify system or PayPal.

 

The Shopify system is automatically updated daily to protect your privacy, and they use the most effective software defences in the world to safeguard your privacy and your payment details.

 

Since we don’t use your information for any other reason besides posting your goods or marketing of our website, we totally comply with guidelines of the data protection act.

All products that the total cubed weight doesn’t exceed 20kg will be shipped via Australia Post or Star Track. For orders that are over 20kg other courier service like TNT may be used. To ensure that you receive notifications in regards to your delivery you must provide your contact phone number and email address. Once an order has been dispatched, we upload your tracking number to our system and you will receive an automatic email notifying you of your tracking number, so if your email address is not there then you won’t be able to see it. You will also receive a text message alert on your phone from Australia Post once your parcel is onboard for delivery, so you will know when to expect it.
